My first Mothers Day.
What can I say about being a mother...It is the most rewarding, stressful, wonderful, chaotic, accomplishing, boring, joyful, lonely, scary, and loving thing in the world.
I am so blessed to have Lexi in my life. I cant believe it has already been 3 months. I still remember when I found out I was pregnant. It was on our 3rd wedding anniversary, June 10, 2008. Lexi was born on February 8, 2009 which was the day Scott proposed to me back in 2005. So her life is marked by milestones that have happened in our life. She is such a joy to Scott and I, especially since she smiles all the time and is almost starting to laugh. Everyday she changes so much. We are so grateful to be surrounded by many people who love and adore her.
Tribute to my Mom:
My Mom is SUPERWOMEN!! She is the backbone of the family. She is hardworking, kind, diligent, strong, faithful, spiritual, loving, caring, wise, selfless, and amazing. My Mom knows everything. I couldnt have survived those first few weeks with a newborn with out her. She works harder than anyone I know. She works on a ranch so it is long hours and all hours. She has devoted her life to it and never complains. My Mom is very strong in her faith. She holds us together. She would drop anything to help me. I just want to tell her how I admire her. Im sorry I am not able to see them very often as we live far away.
