Its nice to know as far as clothes go we dont really have to buy anything or really any necessary things for the new baby because we have everything leftover from Lexi. I still want to get some things for the new baby that will be her own things. Still have not decided on a name yet.
Lexi is growing up so fast these days. She will do something and I say to myself I had no idea you knew what that meant or that you could do that. We can pretty much ask her where a baby is and she will point to a picture of a baby or if she is near me rub my belly. This makes me so happy cause going back to when I first found out I was pregnant one of my fears was Lexi wouldnt know what a baby was and wouldnt understand it.
She has developed a love for shoes. She loves wearing shoes. What she does lately that is pretty funny is she will go in our closet and bring me random shoes to put on my feet. If I already have shoes on too bad I better take them off and put on what she is bringing me. So needless to say shoes get strayed all over our house.
Lately if you ask her if she is hungry or do you want to go Night, Night she will shake her head Yes! She has been and still is the best sleeper. Her bedtime has gotten considerably later like 9-9:30 ever since we got back from FL but she will sleep till 7:30. We can always just lay her in bed and she will just chill till she is tired. One of the funniest things these days with Lexi is she loves dancing. If she hears anything with a beat she starts rocking her shoulders, moving her hips, and waving her arms up and down. It is hilarious!!
She loves technology and I guess what kid these days doesnt. She knows pretty good how to work an Ipod Touch (not that she knows what she is doing but she can maneuver it). She puts headphones up to her ears and dances. Also she knows the red button on the remote turns the TV on.
She has become rather attached to her white bunny rabbit that we call "Rabbie." She sometimes wont drink her bottle unless she has Rabbie and he just always is a comfort to her. I wash him about 3 times a week cause of how dirty he gets. Another thing she is attached to is her Daddy. Sometimes she is really sad when he leaves for work but she is so happy when he comes home. If he goes in a store to pick up take out she might cry the entire time until he gets back in the car. Lexi loves her Daddy so much and just loves playing with him.
It is hard to keep up with her sometimes these days because she is almost running. One of her favorite things to play with is our bar stools. Its almost like a fort for her. She pulls them out and lays under the bar and gets a pillow from the couch and brings it under and sits on it. She is still quite the little book worm and loves reading books.
Obviously I love taking pictures of Lexi but it has gotten so hard now for 2 reasons. 1- She is always on the move and wont stand still for anything and 2- As soon as I take a picture of her she has to run over to me and see what it looks like. Its pretty funny!! Yes I know I have created a monster! :)
Thats all I can think of right now but she has changed so much over the last month. My little baby is becoming a kid.
